Jets fans would love for the Jets to lose the last 5 games of the season so they can have the first pick and select the generational talent in Trevor Lawrence.

How close are the Jets?

The Jets have looked pathetic all year and continue to lose week in and week out. They have 5 games left, Raiders, Seahawks, Rams, Browns, and the Patriots. All these teams have a winning record except the Patriots so this will be very hard to win a game.

If the Jets win a game they move out of the first pick slot because the Jaguars have 1 win and they have an easier schedule making the tiebreaker for them. Jets will most likely select Trevor Lawrence and trade Sam Darnold for a fresh start.
